Around one o´clock in the afternoon 60 people have got into Agoitz´s Court to demand the presence of the judge.
 
Around 2 o´clock one of the inhabited houses of the village, Toarena, has been demolished.
 
The Police Forces have taken the water and food the people resisting had with them, in the hope to last them a couple of days.
 
A neighbour who was up in a Tower house of the village has been evicted and arrested and the house inmediatly demolished.
The houses nearby the ones in which people are resisting have also been demolished.
 
<IMG> Both the mediators and the support group are retained and can´t enter the village.Great tension among these and the police forces has been present all throughout the day.
<IMG> At 5.30 p.m. the number of activists arrested is 21, some of which have been evicted together with the tube they were anchored into the walls. At this same time the support group an reporters gathered at the cross road have also been thrown out by the spanish Civil Guard claiming security reasons as the demolishing company were working nearby. The only two people allowed to stay are the mediators of our association.
 
WE MAKE AN URGENT CALL TO ATTEND THE DEMONSTRATION TAKING PLACE IN AGOITZ FROM THE TOWNHALL AT 8.00 P.M.
 
<IMG> With this demonstration we want to denounce the brutalities of the eviction and demolition of the village of Itoitz, which is just a continuation of the Navarra´s Government politics of imposition and arrogance, attitude which is characteristic of both the spanish and navarran governments in the last 15 years. All this time they have been boosting the project of the damm and water channel of Itoitz, which can´t be justified and it´s totally irrational.
